I am from the US and will be doing an internship in Leuven for 18 months starting in March. I hope to travel all over Europe while I'm here (I arrived on the 13th of March!).

I am a graduate student in microelectronic engineering at RIT with a BS in the same. While in Leuven I will be working at IMEC doing research on advanced lithography techniques to print transistors the smallest they've ever been (transistors are the discrete components that make up microchips, which are in basically everything these days).

I would briefly describe myself as someone interested in astronomy and philosophy, and my biggest hobby right now is boardgaming (assuming I can find people in Leuven to game with!)
