These "About Me" bits are always so difficult. I never know which angle to approach. I guess I'll just start rambling.
I'm a software engineer who generally has enough time on his hands to be reading imgur every day.
I like to pretend that I read books, but let's be honest. I have more more intent than ambition.
I enjoy most categorically nerdy things, including Star Trek and D&D, but I also loathe the whole "inferiority complex" nerd culture.
I may not drink the Apple Kool-Aid but I'm afraid I do drink a load of the Google Flavor-Aid. Android and Chromebook. Also Linux on the Chromebook. Also SimCity 2000 on the Linux. OK let's take a tally now, I have the Macbook Air which I might sell, the Windows desktop, the Chromebook, the Nexus 7 tablet, the Galaxy phone... I'm all over the tech map here.
I like talking, as many people do, and I do honestly try to listen and not just wait for my turn to talk. I prefer to watch a movie in silence unless it's A. Godawful or B. I've seen it a bunch of times, in which case, it's time to Rifftrax it from the couch.
I like sports - mostly baseball and hockey.

What I'm doing with my life
I may have mentioned that I'm a software engineer. I mostly run the show at a small company in Denver where I do everything from developing Access forms to debugging our website.
I'm into the local music scene, which is fun.
I guess if we're looking for something more over-arching over my entire life, I'm in a bit of a lull, currently. Which is fine, I'm more resting, recharging, and wondering what my next ambition is going to be.
I've done a lot of stuff in the past, including managing the biggest Colorado Rockies fan site on the internets.

I can play my hands like an Ocarina.
Neither of these things are life ambitions.
