What's the nicest thing you've done for a complete stranger?

I know a lot of us like to volunteer and give back to the community. What is the nicest thing you've done for a complete stranger?

I've bought groceries and lunch for homeless people with pets. I just tend to feel extra bad for people who have fur babies out on the street with them too.
