What is the best or worst customer service you have experienced?

I once had ASUS try to charge me for a laptop that was 'under warranty' while i opened the ticket, but the warranty expired while it was in repair, and they had me send all kinds of proofs (thank god i had the receipts/conversations saved because I found it dodgy) and wanted to charge me $300 for all the repairs that had to be done on it. Once I came up with the warranty proof, suddenly they ONLY changed the thing I complained about...but not the other problems they had tried to charge me for. Best was Budget, for letting us drive a car cross country/without extra fees during a hurricane and flight was cancelled.
