What are your plans and goals for 2018?

Instead of the ol' resolutions, what are your general goals, aims, achievements etc that you want to get/do in 2018?

Personally, I want to lose weight, get started on my dissertation, burn down 10 churches, get involved in more charity and I should probably get my hearing aids fixed...
